Product Description

The main features of the double telescopic hydraulic strut are its high support force and stability, and it can be adjusted quickly and precisely as needed. Both the upper and lower parts of the support column are equipped with high-strength threaded connectors, which enable them to be easily connected and disassembled. In addition, the double telescopic hydraulic prop is also equipped with functions such as automatic compensation and sensor monitoring to ensure that the supporting force is always in the best state under the condition of changing geological conditions. Double telescopic hydraulic props are widely used in underground projects such as coal mines, metal mines, tunnel construction and subways. Compared with traditional wooden or steel props, double telescopic hydraulic props have higher bearing capacity and better adaptability, and can better cope with changes in geological conditions and vibrations. In addition, it also improves productivity and safety thanks to its automation and remote monitoring capabilities.

For mine support, a timber with a long fiber structure is always employed, such as spruce, fir, or other conifer wood, or eucalyptus. Timbers of these wood types shatter slowly when their loading capacity is exceeded and thus warn the miners through a definite creaking. Short-fibered timbers break without any prior, slowly-developing visible or audible indications. A dense, resinous, slow-growing wood type is always preferable for mine support purposes. For mining activities of longer duration, the timber should be cultivated by the mine operators themselves near the mine site.

Timber employed in moist or wet mines, especially for shaft construction in exhaust ventilation shafts or drifts in water-bearing strata, should be previously treated by a preservative. Timbers are impregnated by dipping them into special solutions, such as Roman-salt, copper sulphate, etc., either with or without pressure.

Timber support normally is not reuseable. The only exception is simple prop timbering for stoping which is sometimes recovered and the wood then reused for shorter props, head boards, breast timbers or wooden cribbing. In situations requiring excessive support, such as mining in incompetent rock, the cost off timbering becomes a significant factor in the economic analysis of the operation. Here the higher investment costs for friction prop support can result in a substantial savings In operation costs, since these support elements can be reused.

Timbering is the simplest roof support method in incompetent rock (e.g. in faulted zones) and contributes greatly to increasing mine safety. It is, however, disadvantageous for artificial mine ventilation in that it increases air resistance.

FAQ

Q1:What do you do?
A: We design and manufacture formwork and scaffolding products used for pouring concrete structures in the field of housing, multi-story structure, high-rise buildings, towers, sports stadiums, bridges, hydropower stations, industrial structures, etc.

Q2:What can you do for us?
AWe offer our suggestions, drawings of formwork layout, and quotations to the owners, design institutes, or contractors of the construction projects.
BWe sell our products to contractors, building companies, material suppliers, or trading companies.
CWe support our worldwide peer companies with our outstanding formwork or scaffolding products.
DWe provide remote or on-site instruction to the builders.

Q3:How long does it take to make a brief design and quotation after we offer the structural drawing?
A: In general, it takes 5~7 days based on specific requirements of the construction project.
