Pillar transportation and storage
(1) When the pillar is transported, the pillar should be reduced to the minimum height;
(2) Use a special hydraulic prop transport vehicle, and it must be handled with care during installation and disassembly, and it is strictly forbidden to drop it;
(3) Pillars should be stored in a dry room not lower than 0ºC;
(4) For pillars that are not in use for a short period of time, the water (or emulsion) in the pillar cavity should be cleaned, the surface of the cylinder body should be
washed and dried, and the liquid inlet of the three-way valve should be blocked to prevent stolen goods from entering;
(5) The pillars stored in the groove on the working face should be erected and neatly arranged;
(6) The number of spare pillars in the well generally does not exceed 5% of the working face usage.

Precautions for the use of pillars
(1) When the pillar is in use, do not use it at the highest height;
(2) Pillars should generally be used in conjunction with metal hinged top beams;
(3) For new pillars and pillars used for the first time after restoration, the air in the inner cavity of the pillars shall be discharged;
(4) When supporting the pillar, flush the liquid injection valve body of the one-way valve with a liquid injection gun to avoid coal dust pollution and affect the
performance of the valve;
(5) When supporting pillars, the direction of the liquid injection valve body of the three-way valve is toward the downward groove direction of the working surface;
(6) Special drifting jacks should be used for migration, and the waist of the pillar should not be used as the fulcrum of migration;
(7) Hard objects such as hammers and picks are not allowed to knock the cylinder body and three-purpose valve;
(8) The retracted pillars should be lowered to the lowest height, and immediately placed on the side against the old lint. It is forbidden to throw them on the bottom
plate;
(9) Liquid injection guns are not allowed to be placed randomly. After injection, they should be hung on the handle of the second row of pillars;
(10) When crushing, it is strictly forbidden to use blasting or deadlift with a post-returning machine. Undercover methods should be used to loosen the pillars and then pull them out.
