Precautions for the use of pillars
(1) When the pillar is in use, do not use it at the highest height;
(2) Pillars should generally be used in conjunction with metal hinged top beams;
(3) For new pillars and pillars used for the first time after restoration, the air in the inner cavity of the pillars shall be discharged;
(4) When supporting the pillar, flush the liquid injection valve body of the one-way valve with a liquid injection gun to avoid coal dust pollution and affect the
performance of the valve;
(5) When supporting pillars, the direction of the liquid injection valve body of the three-way valve is toward the downward groove direction of the working surface;
(6) Special drifting jacks should be used for migration, and the waist of the pillar should not be used as the fulcrum of migration;
(7) Hard objects such as hammers and picks are not allowed to knock the cylinder body and three-purpose valve;
(8) The retracted pillars should be lowered to the lowest height, and immediately placed on the side against the old lint. It is forbidden to throw them on the bottom
plate;
(9) Liquid injection guns are not allowed to be placed randomly. After injection, they should be hung on the handle of the second row of pillars;
(10) When crushing, it is strictly forbidden to use blasting or deadlift with a post-returning machine. Undercover methods should be used to loosen the pillars and then pull them out.
Solution |
Category |
Malfunction |
cause of issue |
Check the pumping station; Open the shut-off valve; Clean the injection valve nozzle; Clean the filter |
Lifting column failure |
The movable post does not protrude from the cylinder body or protrudes very slowly when supporting |
No pressure or low pressure in the pumping station; The shut-off valve is closed; The injection valve nozzle is blocked by dirt; Clogged pipeline filter |
Re-hang the return spring orreplace with a new spring; Replace damaged parts |
Back column failure |
Slow or no drop of the moving column |
The return spring is dropped or damaged; The cylinder has a partial depression; Damage to the surface of the live post |
Replace the Y-ring, replace the cylinder; Replace the O-ring; Replace with new valve or clean one-way valve, unload valve pad |
Seal failure |
1. Liquid leakage from the handle; 2. Liquid leakage from the base; 3. Liquid leakage from the φ42 hole on the column head; 4. Leakage from check valve or unloading port |
The Y-ring is damaged, the oil cylinder is deformed or the coating falls off; The base φ100×3.1 O-ring is damaged; φ42×3.5 O-ring is damaged; Check valve, unloading valve is damaged |
Product Parameters
Back column
(1). Insert the withdrawal hook into one end of the unloading port on
the pillar.
(2). The operator should stand in a safe position, move the upward
plate to retract the hook, the emulsion in the column will be dis-
charged from the liquid inlet nozzle and drop the column, and then
return to the column.
(3). The pillars that have been returned should be stored on the work-
ing surface with their heads up to avoid soiling the cutting.
